Similar to what we did for the Moxam properties project, we wanted to encompass the bold and classic nature of Ansonia Property Management. The Kerr family have worked on and maintained some of the most noteworthy buildings in Calgary’s inner city districts. Ansonia was the name of the heritage building Jane Kerr lived in while living in NYC where she worked as a veterinary and cared for Steve Martin’s snake, true story. She had the idea to use to utilize the name Ansonia from her heritage condo residence in New York and use it for their heritage properties in Calgary.
